- I am in-network with aetna and independence blue cross insurance. i currently do not accept other insurance as a form of payment. all of my other clients are individually responsible for paying for the cost of treatment.
- for all other insurance, i am an out-of-network provider which means i do not work with other insurance companies directly. However, i am happy to provide you with a document called a superbill. You can use this document to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
- all clients are required to have a credit card on file. I do accept FSA and HSA cards.
