I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and I have been trained by Karen Kleiman at The Postpartum Stress Center. I help women navigate some of the most tender and transformative parts of life—trying to conceive, grieving pregnancy loss, healing after birth, and adjusting to life postpartum.
You don’t have to do this alone—and you were never meant to.
I provide one-on-one therapy services, collaborating to support each individual in their goals. We will work together to identify strategies to support you in your healing. I use evidence-based approaches that are tailored to each clients needs. I believe that each person has a history related to their relationships, upbringing, life experiences and mental health. I will support you in working through challenges and growth.
I work with families to help them deepen their understanding of one another and to deepen connections. I am here to help improve communication and relieve emotional pain and negative behavior patterns. Families enter therapy for a variety of reasons, I am here to help.
Pre-teen and teen years can be a challenging time, if you have concerns regarding your child or teens mental health, know that you are not alone. I am here to help navigate the challenges and potential mental health conditions, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, social stressors, and ADHD.
